Ayurveda, sister science of Yoga, is an ancient wisdom study of Life, Healing and Longevity. It sees that everything is part of Nature and seeks to be in balance and harmony. It works from a simple truth: when something goes out of balance, disease happens, and the opposite of the imbalance is needed to restore and heal.
In this workshop, learn the inner workings of your natural rhythms and connect them to Nature’s. How the qualities of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) weave throughout one’s day in body-mind will fascinate and inspire. Take home a daily morning routine (with recipes included!) that will help prepare your physiological systems for a balanced and energized day.
Victoria is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Hatha Yoga teacher. She has been a devoted student of Yoga since 2005. Her call to Ayurveda came in 2014 after learning she carried BRCA2, the reproductive gene responsible for her mother’s death. As the medicine, practices, and tools of Ayurveda guide her toward balance and whole health, Victoria is committed to sharing this gift of Nature with the world and guiding others on their path. She is currently in her Clinical year of study with the California College of Ayurveda. Her office is in Boulder.
