Tincture Making Workshop / September 8th
Monday, September 8th, 5:00-7:00 pm
With instructor Liz Philbrick, certified clinical herbalist & nutritionist
Take your herbal medicine making to the next level! Join herbalist Liz Philbrick in this hands-on class and learn how to make tinctures. Tinctures are liquid extracts made with alcohol and water to extract the medicinal properties of herbs. They are a convenient and effective way of taking herbal medicine. In this informative class we will make a dried plant tincture that you can take home to strain and use. Liz will also discuss and demonstrate other methods to make fresh and dried plant tinctures. You will leave this class with all the information you need to make your own tinctures!
