Chocolate Making Workshop Series #1: From Bean to Bar // October 13th
Wednesday, October 13th, 6-8pm
DAR Chocolate, a Colorado based craft chocolate maker and The Little Herbal Apothecary are glad to launch this series of chocolate making workshops. Craft chocolate, also known as Bean-to-Bar chocolate, is all about working with cacao beans from different origins and farms, in small batches, and highlighting the unique flavor of each. Once we learn about the different origins and the making of the chocolate, we will learn how to further make those fun and delicious treats from and with the chocolate. It’s going to be a treat..:)
