[OUTDOOR] Creek Trail Herb Walk / July 24
Saturday, July 24th, 9:00 - 11:00am
A plant walk with longtime herbalist, Cat Pantaleo, is an opportunity not only to meet and learn about the abundance of plant allies in your neighborhood and their many uses, but also a chance to slow down, engage your senses and experience with child-like wonder the beauty and magic of the natural world. Participants will also learn about plant families, an important and extremely useful tool that once mastered, facilitates knowledge of a plant’s medicinal properties.
A message from the instructor:
We are offering two tickets at a reduced price with the intention of widening the circle of inclusivity, increasing the diversity of those who have access to the knowledge of plant medicine, and fostering an ethic of community care for those who our culture offers less privilege and/or are experiencing financial strain. Thank you for honoring our intention when choosing your ticket. -Cat
