Learn Local Herbs / August 9th

The foothills of Colorado are home to some of the most powerful and cherished plants used in traditional western herbalism. Join certified clinical herbalist, forager, and medicine maker Liz Faermark on an urban plant walk to learn about the herbs that are unique to our home, and why we use them. Once you meet these plants, you'll start seeing them everywhere - along hiking trails, in backyards, on roadsides, and in your favorite herbal products. This bioregional plant medicine class will be held in person and outside. Class will begin at Simpson Mine Park in Lafayette, CO!
