Join Certified Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist, Liz Faermark for an introductory class on the art of tea blending. This class will engage your eyes, taste buds, and mind as you learn to formulate medicinal teas that taste great! Together we will taste individual herbs, explore flavor profiles, discuss appropriate ratios of herbs, learn about brew times and more. Come learn how to effectively prepare your own custom herbal blends!
