Decongesting Steam Blend

Clear out congestion, open up your airways and breath deep with this gorgeous steam blend of active botanicals like Eucalytus, Wildcrafted Colorado Monarda (Bee Balm) Flowers and Thyme.

Instructions: Bring a pot of water to boil (approx 2 cups). Add 2-4 Tbsp of herbal blend, stir and quickly cover. Allow to steep for about 2 minutes. Find a comfy spot. Hang your head over the pot, drape a towel over your head to create a tent and open the lid. Close your eyes and allow the steam to wash over your face and neck. Steam for about 5-10 minutes.
