Shipping Policies

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95. Orders over $100 ship for FREE! 

We do our best to get your orders shipped out within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email or text when your order ships. 

We ship all of our orders using recyclable boxes, compostable peanuts and other earth-friendly packaging options. Please help us out by reusing, recycling or composting the packaging.

Customer Pick Up

You can also choose Customer Pick Up at checkout. Pick up orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.


Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We do not accept returns for custom formulas (this includes custom herbal blends, teas, tinctures and flower essences).

Ordering Bulk Herbs

 

We put a lot of thought and care into sourcing the highest quality organic and wildcrafted herbs on the market. We work with a variety of growers including some small local farms here in Colorado.  

We sell our bulk herbs online by the ounce. We have a 1 ounce minimum and a 4 ounce maximum. 

Our herbs are packaged in recyclable paper bags and powders are packaged in compostable ziplock bags. We recommend that you transfer them to a glass jar upon receiving for optimal shelf-life.
