Shipping Policies

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95. Orders over $100 ship for FREE! 

We do our best to get your orders shipped out within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email or text when your order ships. 

Customer Pick Up

You can also choose Customer Pick Up at checkout. Pick up orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.



    Return Policy

    We want you to be 100% happy with your products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund (see exceptions below). You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. 

    We do not accept returns for custom formulas (this includes custom herbal blends, teas, tinctures and flower essences). We do not accept returns on bulk herbs and bulk ingredients.
