Join clinical herbalist and weedy-species-lover Liz Faermark for an outdoor class on edible wild weeds. This class will introduce a few key weedy species that live in Lafayette, CO. We'll learn about: where these plants grow and what conditions they like, their nutritional and medicinal benefits, and how to incorporate them into your life! We'll also cover the basics of wildcrafting ethics, and safe harvesting practices.

Class will be held at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, CO!

Please Note: Children ages 9 and over are welcome to attend and pay full price. Children ages 8 and under are discouraged from attending. The language used and concepts discussed cater to adults, and won't be as accessible for younger children. This measure is intended to help maintain an environment where folks can focus on learning and enjoy their time in class.
