Herbal Sourdough Bread Making Workshop / July 24th

Join certified clinical herbalist & avid baker, Rachel Bull for a class on making sourdough bread. If you've always wanted to bake sourdough but don't know where to start, this class is for you. Rachel will be teaching you how to make homemade sourdough and explaining the different herbs & foods that can be added to spruce up your loaves. Throughout class, we will be sampling a variety of breads, so come hungry!
Participants will walk away with a sourdough starter, a detailed sourdough recipe, and a full belly! All materials will be provided.
Rachel received her formal education as an herbalist through the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism where she graduated as a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner. She works with clients one on one through her business Rhythmic Healing where she helps folks find a rhythm of healing that feels best to them and their body using herbs, nutrition, flower essences, movement, lifestyle changes and vitalist practices to bring the body back into balance. She is an herbalist at the Little Herbal Apothecary and teaches classes and workshops through various apothecaries in the area. To Rachel, plant medicine is an avenue of wellness that feels accessible, effective, and ethical. She is passionate about incorporating the wisdom of the body and the intuition of the earth as a vital & alternative path to healing.
