Essential Oil Safety Guidelines

Here are some guidelines for using our pure, organic essential oils blends safely...

-Be sure to research a new EO before use. They are powerful, concentrated oils that should be used carefully.
-Store EO’s away from children & pets.
-Do not apply EO’s directly to the skin.
-Do not take EO’s internally unless you are under the direct care of a registered aromatherapist.
-Use caution when choosing EO’s for kids. Be sure check that they are safe for kids. Dilute 0.5-1%. Never give kids EO’s internally.

-Use caution during pregnancy and nursing. Be sure to check that the oils are safe for you and your baby.
-Be careful with oils that increase photosensitivity (sensitivity to the sun), including bergamot and all cold-pressed citrus oils (lime, lemon, orange, etc.).
-EO’s are highly flammable and should be kept away from open flames.
