Sandalwood, Santalum spicatum, is native to Western Australia. This sandalwood is deadwood, i.e. sandalwood that has naturally died and collected from the desert floors. No living trees are used. These small chips are beautifully aromatic. You can burn these chips to aid in calming and relaxation. They are wonderful during meditation and sacred ceremonies.
