Gratitude Wreath Making Workshop with Alexa Hapgood
Friday, November 22nd, 6-8:30pm
Come celebrate the gifts and abundance of the harvest season with gratitude by creating your own beautiful wreath to adorn your home. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to artfully craft a unique 12-16" gratitude wreath that reflects the warmth and beauty of fall and this season of thanksgiving. We'll use dried flowers, dried seed heads, grasses, and other locally and ethically foraged materials in the creation of our wreaths. Wreath bases are constructed from locally foraged thornless blackberry brambles.
Participants will get to take home their wreaths, along with the newfound skills and confidence to ethically forage for materials and create their own beautiful seasonal wreaths in the future.
Wreath base and wrapping wire can be reused for many future years to come. All of the materials used in the wreaths are locally and ethically foraged in Boulder County.
