Join clinical herbalist Liz Faermark to learn how a few common weeds and accessible garden herbs can be used to make your own simple and effective first aid preparations! Class participants will explore three key first aid herbs. We'll use each of these plants to make your own soothing salves, calming antimicrobial sprays, and itch-reliving poultices! Students will make and take home a calendula salve, a yarrow tincture, and a printed resource summarizing each of the herbs and recipes.
