Together, we’ll explore how to confidently and safely use herbs as a meaningful part of your family's wellness toolkit.

• Review common toddler behaviors and health concerns from an herbal lens

• Gain confidence around dosing and administering herbs for little ones

Meet Sarah Templer - I am a Certified Clinical Herbalist of the Vitalist school of thought. My particular calling and desire within my field is to reach out to parents, children, and young families to steward their journeys toward more intentional, holistic, and traditional health practices. After graduating from herb school, I began working as a Waldorf preschool teacher with a particular focus on the toddler age group. Through my experience in the toddler and early childhood classrooms, I was able to witness so many of the developmental milestones, emotional challenges, and common health issues that present themselves during these unique and precious years. I'm honored to be able to share with you some of the practices and remedies that can be incorporated to bolster children's health and overall wellness during this time.
