We offer a variety of workshops throughout the year. We have limited seating in our classroom and classes fill up quickly! Be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot. Gluten Free Herbal Focaccia: Take & Bake
with Rachel Bull, Certified Clinical Herbalist
Thursday, December 4th, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Join clinical herbalist & baking enthusiast, Rachel Bull for an interactive herbal focaccia workshop. During class you will discover new ways to incorporate herbs and infused oils into your baking. The flow of class will include sampling focaccia, preparing & straining an infused oil (to be eaten with the focaccia!), a walkthrough of a recipe, and an interactive portion where folks will get their own GF focaccia to decorate with herbs, flowers, and vegetables to take home & bake!
The provided focaccia will be gluten free and vegan *(does include honey).Participants will walk away with an herbal focaccia that’s ready to bake and detailed recipes for making your own infused culinary oil and herbal focaccia at home. All materials will be provided. Class Price is $55 per person.

Winter Solstice Wreath Making Workshop

Come join us for a wreath-making class to celebrate the Winter Solstice and honor the holiday season. Participants will create a one-of-a-kind, completely natural and locally foraged, evergreen and botanical, 18" wreath that they can adorn their home with for the remainder of winter. Participants will also take home the skills and confidence to ethically and sustainably forage for materials and create their own beautiful seasonal wreaths in the future.

Celebrate the season with us at our annual Holiday Gift-Making Party! Step into the Apothecary after hours for a festive evening filled with holiday music, hot herbal tea, and the joy of creating. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll craft and decorate a variety of handmade herbal gifts, including lip balms, aromatherapy blends, teas and more. We’ve streamlined the process so you can make 20 beautiful gifts in just a few hours — perfect for sharing with friends, family, and teachers. Class Price $185 per person.
Splint Basketry Workshop

This hands-on class will give you the skills to create a variety of patterns, and introduce you to working with several types of natural materials. Each participant will go home with a completed berry basket, as well as the knowledge of how to gather and process your own basket making supplies for the future. This class is appropriate for the beginner to intermediate adult weavers - join us for a fun and challenging workshop! Class Price $85 per person.
